Ingredients

  • 8 med Carrots, cut diagonally in thin slices
  • 4 Tbsp. Apple juice concentrate
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 2 tsp Grated orange peel
  • 1 1/2 c. ,water
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch mixed with 3 Tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Put carrots and remaining ingred except corn starch mix in med size saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or possibly till carrots are tender, but not soft. 3. Add in cornstarch mix; cook; stirring constantly, till mix thickens
