Garlic And Lemon Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. Plus 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 x Skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 x Lemons, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Prep: 5 minutes, Marinate: 15 minutes, Cook: 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 F. Puree first 3 ingredients and salt to taste in a blender or possibly food processor. Put chicken in a plastic bag or possibly covered container. Pour lemon mix over. Seal and marinate 15 min. Transfer chicken to a broiler pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Throw away marinade. Roast chicken 25-35 min till just cooked throughout. Serve with lemon wedges.
