Ingredients
1 c. squash, cooked and liquid removed
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
2 tbsp evaporated lowfat milk
1 tbsp onion, minced
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
oil, for frying
Directions
Mash the cooked squash. Mix all together and form in small balls; drop into hot fat. Cook till brown.Serving Size: 4
