Ingredients

  • 4 lrg Chicken breasts, cut in strips
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Coat chicken strips in lowfat sour cream and then in flour. Fry chicken strips till golden brown. Serve with mashed potatoes and Cream Gravy.
  2. Serves 4.
