Emerald Salad

Ingredients

1 pkt (3 ounce) lime jello
1 pkt (3 ounce) lemon jello
2 c. Liquid, pineapple juice plus water
1 c. Crushed pineapple, liquid removed

2 Tbsp. Mayonaise
1 c. Cottage cheese
1 c. Whipped cream or possibly cold whip
2/3 c. Minced nuts

Directions

Heat liquid and dissolve jello in it. Let set to soft set stage-then mix in all ingredients except whipped cream or possibly cold whip. Finally add in whipped cream or possibly cold whip and mix in.
Serves 10
