Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichokes (not marinated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (or possibly to taste)
  • 8 ounce Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Cut artichokes into chunks. Be sure to drain water first. Press or possibly chop garlic finely. Add in to artichokes. Mix cheese and mayonnaise together and add in to artichokes and garlic. Put dip into quiche plate or possibly Corningware and microwave till hot. Serve with crackers on the side.
