Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. prepared eggnog
  • 5 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. dark rum
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Grease a 12 c. muffin tin.
  2. Sift together the dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients and mix well. Spoon into prepared tin. Bake till tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20 min. (Makes 1 dozen.)
