Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce.) can whole green chilies
  • 1 pound grated Jack cheese
  • 1 pound grated sharp cheese
  • 1 (7 ounce.) diced chilies
  • 6 to 8 Large eggs
  • 1 (13 ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Split whole chilies lengthwise lay flat on ungreased 9 x 13 pan or possibly dish. Mix cheese spread on top. Alternate 1/2 cheese diced chilies till ending with cheese. Beat together Large eggs and evaporated lowfat milk. Pour over top chili mix and bake. Serve with salsa and tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min in 9 x 13 pan.
