Easy Cheesy Tuna & Shells

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. shells, uncooked
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables, thawed & liquid removed
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Dash pepper
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1 can tuna Or possibly 1 pkg. frzn "tuno", thawed & well liquid removed

Directions

  1. Prepare shells according to directions; drain. In skillet heat butter. Add in vegetables and garlic and cook till tender. In medium bowl blend soup and lowfat milk. Add in to vegetables. Stir in remaining ingredients EXCEPT shells and tuna. Cook and stir till cheese melts. Stir in shells and tuna. Heat through.
