Ingredients
2 c. cooked rice
1 pound shrimp, deveined
1 minced onion
1 minced bell pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 stick butter
1 garlic clove
Directions
Saute/fry onions and peppers in butter. Add in garlic clove, tomato sauce and Tabasco. Add in shrimp and simmer till pink. Serve over rice.
