Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 pound shrimp, deveined
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 minced bell pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onions and peppers in butter. Add in garlic clove, tomato sauce and Tabasco. Add in shrimp and simmer till pink. Serve over rice.
