Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. herbes de provence see note
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic granules or possibly less to taste
  • 1 pch salt or possibly to taste
  • 1 pch sugar optional
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/3 x extra virgin extra virgin olive oil best quality

Directions

  1. Notes: Use an herb blend with lavender. Otherwise, add in a generous healthy pinch of dry lavender.
  2. You can play with the proportions of vinegar, lemon juice, water and oil to suit your taste.
  3. Place ingredients in a 1 1/2 c. screw top bottle. Shake to mix and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 min before using.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
  5. Yield: 1 c.
