Ingredients

  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 8 tsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 x Large eggs Butter for pans Flour for dusting
  • 1 c. diced cooked ham
  • 2 x apples - (to 3) peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 x lemon

Directions

  1. Combine whipping cream with flour and salt. With a fork beat in Large eggs till all ingredients are proportionately blended. Butter four 8-inch round foil pie pans very heavily and dust with flour.
  2. Arrange 1/4 c. diced ham in the bottom of each pan and divide the batter proportionately among the pans. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min or possibly till golden around the edges.
  3. Mix the sliced apples with lemon juice and lightly saute/fry in a small amount of butter till translucent/soft. Sugar and cinnamon may be added if you like. Sugar each "baby" with 1/4 of the apples and be prepared for rave reviews!
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
