Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 2 Packages dry yeast
  • 3 tbsp. shortening, melted
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. flour

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water, add in melted shortening, Large eggs and sugar. Add in flour to this mix, a little at a time. Roll out on a floured board and cut biscuits. Place on a buttered baking sheet.
