Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1 med onion, grated
  • 2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
  • 1 x Juice of 1 lemon
  • 8 x Lobster tails Or possibly,
  • 1 lb Lump crabmeat
  • 4 Tbsp. Flour, heaping
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Deviled Rock Lobster or possibly Crab
  2. Servings: 6
  3. This recipe is equally good with lump crabmeat, or possibly using the frzn lobster tails; whichever is available. Heat butter, add in onion that has been grated along with onion juice. Cook a few min till onion is tender. Add in dry mustard, salt, then flour. Slowly add in lowfat milk and make your cream sauce. Allow your sauce to thicken, stirring constantly, and then add in all the other ingredients. Serve this in flaky pastry shells.
