Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 pt. lowfat milk
  • 1 onion (cut up)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 sm. pkg. Old English cheese
  • Bread crumbs
  • Paprika
  • Parsley

Directions

  1. Scald 1 c. lowfat milk in double boiler with cut up onion and garlic. Remove from heat but leave in double boiler for 1 hour. Remove garlic and onion, make heavy cream sauce with remaining lowfat milk, then add in scalded lowfat milk plus 1 small package Old English cheese. Add in more lowfat milk if too thick.
  2. Saute/fry lobster in butter and combine. Place in individual shells (if available). Top with bread crumbs, paprika and parsley and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min. If frzn, bake 30 to 40 min. 8 servings.
