Curried Turkey Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound grnd turkey 3 slices wheat bread (cubed) 1/4 c. minced onion 1 egg

2 teaspoon curry pwdr 1 teaspoon peeled chopped ginger root 1/8 teaspoon grnd cinnamon

Directions

1. Mix and form in 1-inch balls. Bake in vegetable sprayed pan for 20 min. Serve with sauce: 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
2. Serve this sauce hot.
