Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) peanuts
  • 1 pound chop suey meat
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 green onions, 1/2 inch pcs
  • 1 green pepper, 1/2 inch squares
  • 1 tbsp. wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch in 2 teaspoon water
  • Veg. oil

Directions

  1. Fry peanuts in deep oil over medium heat till golden. Quickly remove from pan. Coat pork with Mix A. Deep fry thoroughly over medium heat; remove.
  2. In 3 Tbsp. warm oil, saute/fry garlic, onions, and green peppers. Stir in Mix B and saute/fry quickly. Thicken with dissolved cornstarch. Add in pork and sprinkle with wine. Just before removing from heat, quickly fold in peanuts and stir well. Serve over rice.
