Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. cubed cooked ham
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. green onion
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Combine all casserole ingredients and mix well. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Combine topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
