Crunchy Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 or possibly 4 whole boneless chicken breasts, all skin & fat removed
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 3 ounce. can French fried onions, crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions

  1. Combine onions, cheese, crumbs, and seasonings. Dip chicken in egg and lowfat milk. Coat with cheese mix. Place in large flat glass dish and pour butter over all. Leftover cheese mix, put on top of chicken before pouring butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
