Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 or possibly 2 teaspoon chili powdertsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (16 ounce.) cans kidney beans, liquid removed

Directions

  1. In skillet or possibly slow-cooking pot with browning unit, break up beef with fork and cook till lightly browned. Pour off excess fat. In slow-cooking pot, combine meat with onion, salt, chili pwdr, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and kidney beans. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hrs. Serves 4.
