Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound chipped beef
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Cover bottom of skillet with water. Break beef into small pcs. Boil. Drain off water. Push beef to side. Add in butter, heat. Add in flour a little at a time, it will be pasty. Start pouring lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly. It will become creamy. Serve over toast.
