Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. scalded lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Large eggs

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add in scalded lowfat milk gradually. Cook 15 min in a double boiler. Stir constantly till mix thickens, at that time stir occasionally. Add in Large eggs, that are slightly beaten and cook 3 min. Cold and flavor with rum or possibly vanilla.
  2. Note: Pudding may be used as substitute for Cream Puff Filling.
