Ingredients

  • 5 x Potatoes, medium size
  • 3 c. Potato water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Garlic, clove
  • 1 c. Cream, sweet

Directions

  1. Boil and mash potatoes and garlic (onion may be used instead of garlic); add in potato water, salt and cream. Let come to a boil and serve at once with salt wafers.
  2. Serves 4.
