Ingredients

  • 2 lb frzn hashbrowns
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 c. grated cheddar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

  1. DEFROST hashbrowns.
  2. COMBINE next 7 ingr. and mix with hashbrowns.
  3. PUT all in a 3 quart. casserole.
  4. Saute/fry cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top.
  5. COVER and BAKE at 350 for about 40 minutes.
