Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1/3 c. All purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 1/2 lb Chicken, cut into 8 pcs, up to 3

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 . In roasting pan heat butter in oven (4 to 6 min).
  2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except chicken. Dip chicken in melted butter, then coat with flour mix. In same pan place chicken, skin side down. Bake for 25 to 30 min; turn chicken over. Continue baking for 30 to 35 min or possibly till fork tender.
