Ingredients

  • 1 pkt corn muffin mix - (8 1/2 ounce)
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can whole kernel corn frzn
  • 1 pkt brown and serve sausages

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir corn muffin mix, egg and lowfat milk together just to blend. Stir in corn. Allow batter to rest a few min before pouring into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Arrange sausage spoke fashion on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
