Ingredients

  • 1 small can condensed milk. Don't use Eagle Brand.
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 - 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Don't knock yourself out. Buy a banana cake and make that in one rectangular pan.
  2. Next, put condensed milk, sugar, butter in quart pan. Heat to boiling and the lower heat to simmer for several minutes. Stir here and there. Add the vanilla. When the spoon lifted out of the pan can more or less spin a thread down into the mixture, it is ready.
  3. Poke holes all through top of the cake with fork. Don't over poke.
  4. Drizzle the mixture slowly with the spoon all over top of the cake. Let it cool for a few minutes. It is ready. There will not be one crumb left over, once served.
