  • 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries or other dried berries
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed raw (turbinado) or light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-natural chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
