- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Buttercream filling & frosting
- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
- 2 tbsps clarified butter
- 2 tbsps low fat cream
- 3-4 tbsps powdered sugar
- 2tsps cinnamon powder (to taste)
- Icing Sugar â 3-4 Tbsp
- Topping
- 200ml low fat cream
- 1-2 tbsps powdered sugar food colours as required
- Marzipan for pumpkin patch
