Ingredients

  • 12 ounce semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. walnuts, minced
  • 9 cherry halves
  • Walnut halves to create a circle on plate

Directions

  1. In double boiler, put together chocolate chips and lowfat milk. Stir over medium heat till melted and thick no longer. Take off heat; add in minced walnuts and 1/2 tsp vanilla and stir. Cover with tin foil and set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Place walnuts halves in circle on plate. Spoon fudge on plate to create a wreath. Fudge shouldn't be smooth. Add in cherries around wreath in threes to create berries.
