Chocolate Waffle Iron Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1/3 c. finely minced nuts (optional) 3/4 c. cocoa 4 large eggs

Healthy pinch of salt 2 2/3 c. powdered sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 1/3 c. soft butter 3-4 T lowfat milk

Directions

1. Drop by rounded tsp on hot waffle iron. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 min.
2. Stir till well blended. Frost cookies when cool. May add in minced nuts on top, if you like. Makes about 50 cookies.
