Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. finely minced nuts (optional)
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 4 large eggs
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/3 c. soft butter
- 3-4 T lowfat milk
Directions
- Drop by rounded tsp on hot waffle iron. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 min.
- Stir till well blended. Frost cookies when cool. May add in minced nuts on top, if you like. Makes about 50 cookies.
