Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can Hershey's syrup
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
  • 2-3 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup
  • 12 ounce. chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cream together 1 c. sugar and 1 stick butter. Add in 4 Large eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla and beat well. Add in 1 can Hershey's syrup, 1 c. flour and 1/8 tsp. salt. Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 min in a jelly roll pan.
  2. Cream together 2 c. powdered sugar and 1 stick butter. Add in 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk, 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring, 2-3 Tbsp. creme de menthe syrup. Mix together and spread on cooled brownies.
  3. Heat 12 ounce. chocolate chips and 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil and spread over mint mix.
