Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ingredients

  • 200g flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Sugar (beet sugar) 100g
  • Dark chocolate (chopped) 80g
  • 50g natural peanut butter (sugar free)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy milk
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Beat an egg in a large bowl, then add sugar, vegetable oil and soy milk. Mix well.
  3. Combine flour, and baking powder; roughly mixed but never knead the dough.Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet or greased sheet pan.
  5. Bake around 10 minutes until cookies turn golden brown.
