Chocolate Chip Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 tbsp. lowfat milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 (6 ounce.) chocolate chips

1 c. sugar 1 egg 1 1/4 c. sifted flour 1/2 teaspoon soda

Directions

1. Mix all but chocolate chips. Roll into 8 x 15 inch rectangle. Spread with melted chocolate chips. Roll up and refrigerateslightly. Slice. Bake on greased pan at 350 degrees for 10 min.
