Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning
  • 6 ounce. dry beef, minced fine
  • 1 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced fine
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 2 lg. loaves rye bread, unsliced

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients except bread and chill. Hollow out 1 loaf of bread to use as a boat (dish) to serve dip in. The other loaf, cut up into 1 inch cubes. When ready to serve, place hollow loaf on large platter, place dip inside and arrange bread cubes around it.
