Chipped Beef Dip Boat Recipe

Ingredients

2 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning 6 ounce. dry beef, minced fine 1 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

2 tbsp. onion, minced fine 2 tbsp. parsley 2 teaspoon dill weed 2 lg. loaves rye bread, unsliced

Directions

1. Mix together all ingredients except bread and chill. Hollow out 1 loaf of bread to use as a boat (dish) to serve dip in. The other loaf, cut up into 1 inch cubes. When ready to serve, place hollow loaf on large platter, place dip inside and arrange bread cubes around it.
