Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 3/8 c. dry bread cubes
  • 3/4 c. chili sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3/8 c. brown sugar
  • 1/8 c. vinegar
  • 1/8 c. soy sauce

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine sausage, egg and bread cubes. Form into small balls, 20-25 min. Brown in skillet, drain on paper. In a pot, mix chili sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic salt and soy sauce. Cook slowly for 20 min, stirring occasionally. Add in meat and heat through. Serve warm with picks.
