Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. whole pork tenderloin, 1 to 1 1/2-inch diameter
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. ginger, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

  1. Brush pork with food color and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Combine all ingredients and cook in saucepan till thick and clear. Brush meat with sauce every 15 min. Roast in slow oven at 350 degrees till tender, 1 1/2 hrs.
