Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. fresh Chinese noodles or possibly thin spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp. strong tea
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp. chili
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Chinese rice wine, dry cherry
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger roots
  • 1 tbsp. coriander
  • 1 tbsp. sliced scallion tops

Directions

  1. Cook noodles in salted water till al dente, about 5 min; drain. Rinse with cool water, drain again, blot excess with kitchen towel, toss the noodles with 1 tsp. sesame oil; set aside till smooth. toss with noodles. Put on colander and scallion, toss once.
