Ingredients

  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Can be used on chicken wings, spareribs or possibly sirloin tips (3-5 pounds).
  2. Combine all ingredients. Marinate for 24 hrs. Cook meat in marinade at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Drain off liquid. Cook an additional 1/2 hour at 375 degrees.
