Ingredients

  • 16 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 cans Hormel chili (no beans)
  • 2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans black olives
  • 1/2 jar banana peppers (mild or possibly warm), minced
  • 16 ounce Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Spread cream cheese in bottom of casserole. Mix together chili, olives, and pepper. Add in to casserole. Top with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 25 min. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 20. Men love this one!
