Ingredients
1 whole cut up chicken
1 pound carrots, sliced lengthwise
5 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pcs
1 Bermuda onion, sliced
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
2 cans Del Monte stewed tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 bottle dry white wine
Directions
Place all ingredients in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish and stir. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hrs. Stir occasionally.
