Ingredients

  • 1 whole cut up chicken
  • 1 pound carrots, sliced lengthwise
  • 5 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pcs
  • 1 Bermuda onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2 cans Del Monte stewed tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bottle dry white wine

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish and stir. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hrs. Stir occasionally.
