Chicken Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked, minced chicken
  • 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn potato nuggets

Directions

  1. In saucepan cook onion and green pepper in butter till tender. Blend in soup and lowfat milk. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese till melted. Stir in chicken. Spread in 12" x 7 1/2" x 2" baking pan. Arrange potato nuggets on top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 min.
