Ingredients

  • 3 lb Skinned chicken parts,
  • 12 sm White pearl onions, peeled
  • 12 sm Whole mushrooms,
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil, +
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 c. Dry red wine,
  • 1/2 c. Water,
  • 1 pkt Instant chicken broth,
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika,
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper,
  • 1/2 tsp Dry thyme,
  • 2 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 1 sm Bay leaf,
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes,

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in casserole, top with onions and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. cover and bake 1 hour. Remove and throw away bay leaf before serving.
