Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn broccoli, thawed & liquid removed
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn baby carrots, thawed & liquid removed
  • 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1 (2.8 ounce) can French fried onions
  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
  • 1 c. prepared chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Paprika to taste

Directions

  1. In a 8 1/2" x 11" baking dish put together vegetables and 1/2 cup onions. Arrange chicken on vegetables. In small bowl put together bouillon, garlic salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Bake, covered for 1 hour or possibly till chicken is done. Baste with pan juice and top with remaining onions, bake uncovered for 3 min or possibly till onions are golden.
