Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Crushed crackers (fine)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine beaten egg and lowfat milk. Dip pork chops in egg mix, then in cracker crumbs.
  2. In heavy fry pan heat shortening. Brown on both sides in warm shortening. Season with salt and pepper. Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven 30-45 min on 350 degrees.
