Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, halved, salt & pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry

Directions

  1. Put chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix other ingredients and put over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and minced parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
