Chicken Coq Au Vin (Crockpot) Recipe

Directions
- Place onions in bottom of cooker, then add in all remaining ingredients except flour and butter.
- Cook on low heat 8-10 hrs or possibly high heat 3-4 hrs.
- To thicken sauce, remove 1/4 c. liquid from cooker. Heat butter in saucepan, stir in flour and liquid. When blended, return to cooker.
- NOTES : This is a great Chicken Crockpot recipe.
