Ingredients

  • 8 boned and skinned chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 pkg. chipped beef (4 ounce.)
  • 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • Fresh mushrooms

Directions

  1. Wrap each chicken breast with bacon. Cover bottom of flat, greased 9x13 pan with dry beef. Put chicken on beef. Mix lowfat sour cream, soup and fresh mushrooms and pour over chicken. Bake 275 degrees uncovered for 2 hrs. Turn and bake one hour more.
