Ingredients

  • 6 med. chicken breasts, skinned
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (including liquid)
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can mushrooms
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sherry

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in baking dish. Combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour. Serve over rice.
