Ingredients
6 med. chicken breasts, skinned
1 can cream of mushroom soup (including liquid)
1 (3 ounce.) can mushrooms
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. sherry
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in baking dish. Combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour. Serve over rice.
